ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact us at YourFriends@BalancedLifePlanner.com and we'll set up a return for refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

Qualifying U.S. orders that ship free will be sent via economy shipping unless an expedited shipping option is chosen for an additional cost.
